Richard Pacheco, President and CEO is an award winning artist, writer, teacher and filmmaker. As a consultant for CyberMassMedia(TM) a division of Venture Advertising, he is responsible for the design of some of their clients web sites, which has included: Plymouth Savings Bank and Consolidated Stills & Sterilizers . He has consulted and designed for a large number of businesses and organizations both on and off-line. He is a member of the HTML Writers Guild, the Professional Presence Network (an online professional marketing organization), Microsoft Sitebuilders Network, Netscape DevWorld Developers and IBM Solution Providers. His work is listed in the New York Art Review international Reference book of important contemporary artists. Most recently he was named to "Who's Who" in Executives and Businesses. |

Jonathan Pacheco, VP of programming, research and development started his computer literacy in sixth grade when he learned BASIC programming in a Talented And Gifted Class. The interest never flagged and he is fluent in several programming languages. He worked for New England Rotary Screen as a computer graphics artist, responsible for computer designs for everything from shower curtains to bedspreads and everything in between. He has consulted as webmaster and Director of Internet Marketing for The Best Posters where he doubled their traffic and sales within a month. |
Joel Pacheco, VP of Technical Services is an award winning photographer as well as computer network engineer. He published his first professional photograph at age 12 with The Standard Times. After a stint as a traveling photographer with several large firms (Sears, K-Mart, Bradley's) he decided enough traveling throughout the northeast and returned home to pursue his computer studies. He has worked as a Novell Network field engineer for Vanstar and Decision One. He is A+ certified and works with equal skill on Macintosh or IBM compatibles. He has also worked as IT Manager for Fleet Environmental Services and Dimella and Schaffer, a top notch Boston based architectural firm. |

| Jennifer Pacheco,
VP of Operations, has considerable experience with the day to day managed
of business after working in university food services, catering and most
recently handling cash operations for a major hospitality concern at one
of its university operations. She was also responsible for designing marketing plans and campaigns and devised several innovative campaigns while overseeing their web page efforts in promotion and marketing online as well as off. |
